I am associate professor at the section for Biomedical Engineering, DTU-Electro and group leader for the Computational Biophysics group at the department. I have a background in theoretical physics from Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen, where I recieved my M.Sc. (Marts 1998) and Ph.D. degree (Sept. 2002).
My research interests include:
Monte Carlo methods and statistical inference in complex systems
and signal processing.
Computational and theoretical approaches to protein structure, dynamics and aggregation.
Field equations for diffusion, aggregation and fragmentation processes.
Dimensionality reduction tecnhiques in physical and chemical kinetics.
Non-equilbrium statistical physics and information theory.
