Jens E. Wilhjelm
 Director of graduate studies, Medicine and Technology. Teaching in the following biomedical engineering areas: medical imaging, biopotentials and safety. Research in medical imaging indcluding ultrasound imaging of atherosclerosis (calcification of arteries).

I administer the technical half of CADUS (Center for Arteriosclerosis Detection with Ultrasound).

Background: Graduated in 1991 with a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the Biomedical Engineering Department at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) , Massachusetts, USA. Since 1991 employed at DTU, currently as a professor (Docent (mso)).
